REACH Regulation 1907/2006 covering the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and restriction of Chemicals came into force on 1 June 2007.

Pursuant to the REACH Regulation, ITALIANA CONDUTTORI S.r.l. is categorised as a downstream user and, in particular, as a “user of substances”  and a “producer of articles”, where "article" is defined by the regulation as any product, component or semi-finished item.  Therefore we don’t have to register or pre-register the products we use during the production process.
